Delete your LumaFlow account

Delete your account in the LumaFlow app

1. Open LumaFlow and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

When account deletion is completed, LumaFlow stops future bank synchronization and removes the account from LumaFlow authentication.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access LumaFlow, email support@mylumaflow.com from the email address associated with your LumaFlow account and request account deletion.

We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing the request.

Data deleted with your account

Account deletion removes account-associated LumaFlow data, including, as applicable:

• your LumaFlow account profile and authentication account;
• transactions, transaction history, and imported bank transaction data;
• bills, income records, budgets, savings goals, debt information, and monthly summaries;
• connected financial institution information and bank synchronization data;
• custom categories, merchant rules, notifications, and other account-specific app settings and financial-management records;
• support or feedback records associated with the deleted LumaFlow user account.

Limited information that may be retained

LumaFlow may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for billing lifecycle integrity, fraud or security prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Temporary backup copies may also remain until normal backup rotation is completed.
